It has an equal mixture of happy and sad moments and always keeps you on your toes. I must have seen it 30 or 40 times by now, as soon as I buy DVD I will be buying that movie on DVD. I would recommend Milo and Otis to anyone, young or old, it's appropriate for all ages. The narrating is great and the animals are cute. The story line was well thought out. Everyone should see THE ADVENTURES OF MILO & OTIS! "THE GREATEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME!!!" I was grown and I thought I was too big too watch little kids movies but now I am a child again! I now own a pug because of this heartwarming story! "Addictive to Animal Lovers" This movie is great! The animals are adorable, I'm a cat person myself but I love Otis too! And there are a bunch of animals they encounter along the way that are just as hilarious - especially the fox. The cat and dog interact and create the best animal movie I've ever seen. "Kids never stop watching this movie" I now own a Pug because of this movi "Praise for Hata's masterpiece film, The Adventures of Milo.." This film appeals to all genres of people, I, for example am a Goth, and can see the splendor and beauty of a film about the innocence of animals. The cat and dog were superbly trained and emanated realism and human qualities. Narration by Dudley Moore adds insight to the emotions and thought processes of animals. Should have won an oscar.
