This anime takes the occasional "panty shots" found in other anime to gratuitous extreme. Nonetheless, this is not fluff. There's a pretty good story in there. Now Miyukichan in Wonderland, that's pure fluff. "It's a great movie.If you like SailorMoon you should see it" There may be quite a lot of nudity, but if you like Japenese Animation like Sailor Moon, you will like this. I did and I am American.
