Therefore, I am very happy to see that it will be re-released in a DVD format. There are so many little things about the movie that I remember, and the story is enjoyable, I think, for just about everyone. Little Nemo is a story about a young boy named Nemo, and his little companion (a flying squirrel), Icarus. In his dreams, he visits a fantasy world where the unimaginable is real, and the inhabitants are friendly and colorful. In this world, Slumberland, Nemo is dubbed a prince who inherits a mystical scepter with extraordinary powers, given to him by the ruler of Slumberland, King Morpheus. It is also in this land that he plays a role of a playmate to Princess Camille of Slumberland, who dismisses the young boy (while in his pajamas), but then eventually forms a lasting friendship with him. However, Slumberland is not without its troubles, and that trouble comes into the form of a mischievous clown called Flip. Flip entices Nemo to have a little "fun" with him, which includes wandering into upside-down rooms, setting off fireworks before they have been fully prepared, and more. But when Flip convinces Nemo to unlock the door forbidden to be opened by King Morpheus, all of Slumberland is in dismay as the Nightmare trapped within escapes and causes the disappearance of their king! But, with the power of the scepter in Nemo's hands, the young boy decides to embark on a quest to rescue King Morpheus from the clutches of the Knightmare King...
