 "Go, Go Gadget Godzilla!"This movie has every thing from bringing back Rodan and MechaGodzilla tonew weapons and features. What I don't understand in this movie is why Rodan has to die. Rodan was my friend Sean Diamonts favorite monster at one time or another and I'm sure it upsets him when Rodan dies. But what I liked was the wrecking of the Refinary that was a cool seen. I also liked all of MG's new gizmos and Gadgets "GO, GO Gadget Godzilla." were my first words when Mecha godzilla got that flying hoodicky conected to his back. I all around thought this movie was great. "G vs. MG 2 is Awesome!!!"Being the first person to own an American dubbed version which I already have, I give it a definite five. The dubbing is great and action sequences are full of suspense. Even Non-Godzilla fans will enjoy this masterpiecce. Even with the horde of monsters and huge cast, the movie is amazing. The music by Akira Ifukube is wonderful and even though two songs are played a lot in the film, it's great. The sprawling special effects by Koichi Kawakita are superb, especially in the scene when Godzilla unleahses his very powerful red heat beam. The re-introduction of Rodan and BabyGodzilla has a nice touch. A must see! I would rate this #1 next to "Godzilla, King of the Monsters" and "Godzilla vs. Destoroyah." This is a Godzilla movie that you would be crazy to miss. And what's more, no Japanese scenes are cut out. "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla 2" is definitely a great Godzilla film. I own every Godzilla movie dubbed in english now. "The Best Of The New Godzilla Series"This Godzilla Movie Has It All Great Plot, Great Effects, And A Good Cast. Godzilla Has Some Great Scenes In The Movie Especially When He Rises From Kyoto Harbor And Destroys An Oil Refinery And The City. The Mecha-Godzilla Is Great With Great Weapons Such As A Plasma Laser Which Godzilla's Right Back At Him. Rodan Makes His First Screen Apperence Since Destroy All Monsters And Protects An Egg Which Has Hatched Into Baby-Godzilla Which I Thought Was Going To Be A Baby Rodan. Rodan Has Some Great Fighting Sequnces With Godzilla And Mecha-Godzilla Which Nearly Defeats Godzilla But Is Granted New Powers Especially New A Flame Which Would Progress In Space-Godzilla And Would Intact In Destroyah. If You Are A Huge Godzilla Fan Like Me I Would Reccomend It To You Also I Own A Subttitled Edition Of This Movie. "Best EVER Godzilla movie!!!!!!"I just got Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla 2 two days ago. I've seen all of the Godzilla movies now and this is at the top of my list. Mechagodzilla looks much cooler than the first one especially when he transforms into Super Mechagodzilla. This one you have to get!!!!! "The best Godzilla film ever to grace the silver screen!"This is by far the most action-packed Godzilla movie yet! I especially like the fact that Rodan returns to the series. Ifukuble's score is masterful. Includes some excellent human drama. GvsMG 2 contains some of the best acting and special effects in the whole series! The climatic battle is breathtaking! I 've seen all 23 Godzilla films (including the American) and this is the best! Its a must have! |
