"Go D!"
I have seen all of the Vampire Hunter D movies and anime as of date and I have to say that I enjoyed this one the most.

It weaves a tale around our Hero D, a Vampire and his human lover, and a group of Vampire hunters.

You learn more about D and his heritage along with some of the past kind acts that he has done.

You also see an interesting glimpse into a Vampires life.. One who does everything in his power to keep his mortal lover just that.. Mortal..

Then there is the wonderfull combat scenes and the scene with.. ohhh.. I think I need to stop there so I do not give that away..

In the end though I only gave it a 4 rating because of the whole ending.. I think they should have waited and made another movie or three.. But, then again.. You watch and make your own decision.

"Kirei!"
Beuatiful animation, probably among the top animes in that department, a big improvement over the original. The story is interesting, and somewhat unusual in it's portrayal of vampires. And of course D is just plain cool.

My only complaint is that there is no option to watch it sub-titled

"Excellent"
i loved this amine, though i was sort of mad when i figured out that there is another one that comes before it. the way its animated, the story, the characters they are all nicely done. all i can say is that this is one of the best anime that you could add to your collection if you like anime enough to own them.

"just beautiful"
its just perfect as i imagined it would be after previewing the trailer..the drawing is so beautiful it would make u dream about this movie..D who is a dumpiel dunno how to spell that word..he is half vampire and half human..he is also mortal never dies..remains so beautiful and young..he is so GORGEOUS and has a great body lolz he is so handsome i would put him in a sandwich and eat him..he goes on tracking the evil vampire who kidnapped a human girl...what i mostly loved about this movie is the love story between the evil Vampire Meier and the human girl Charlotte..he loved her so much that he never bit her neck even thou she wanted him 2..he didnt want her to suffer and live in the darkness with him *HOW SWEET*..he would rather burn in the sun just to be close to her *very romantic i love him* he is also beautiful..but there was not enough of ROMANCE which was so irretating..why couldnt they give us more to hope for..it was more action than romance!: (..plus..the movie is in english..not dubbed in english..its made in english language..which was okay but i would prefere japanese...they put their heart into their voices if u always watch in japanese ull know what i mean..thats why its 4 and not 5..cus of not enough of luv story for me and its not made in japanese..but its a great yummy movie to watch : )))

"Really Good"
I havn't see Vampire Hunter D, but I recommend you not to buy it or perhaps you can rent it. I heard reviews that Vampire Hunter D blood lust was better than the first. I was astounded by this movie. The extras are really good, and this will show you where they officially done this movie at. This is a western movie, but there isn't no subtitles and japanese version of this movie included which I personally don't think this will affect the movie. One of the best titles I've seen.
